Creative Snacks Co. has been acquired by KIND Healthy Snacks, the company said in a statement Tuesday.

The partnership will allow the brands to provide healthy snacks across more categories, KIND said in a press release. Creative Snacks, based in High Point, is a manufacturer of cluster-style snacks and trail mixes.

KIND is a provider of nutrient-dense snacks based in New York. The acquisition is KIND’s first.
