Moore & Van Allen PLLC (MVA) is pleased to announce that it served as counsel for the implementation of a 100% employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) transaction at AME Consulting Engineers, PC.

The transaction closed on July 31st, and Zeller conducted the employee rollout at AME’s new office space on August 20th.
