Moore & Van Allen PLLC (MVA) is pleased to announce that member Amy K. Johnson has been honored among the 2021 class of the Charlotte Business Journal’s “Women in Business Achievement Award.”

Johnson concentrates her practice in the area of public finance. She regularly represents clients as underwriter’s counsel, disclosure counsel, bank counsel, issuer’s counsel, and trustee’s counsel. Johnson currently serves as Disclosure Counsel to the State of North Carolina, a position she has held since 2017.

The 25 honorees in this year's class were selected from a highly competitive slate of nominations, following an editorial review of career accomplishments and community involvement.
