Experienced capital markets and corporate transactions attorney Will Walker has returned to Womble Bond Dickinson and will practice in the firm’s Winston-Salem office.
Walker counsels both financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a wide range of complex lending transactions, including deals totaling more than $1 billion in value. His specific lending experience includes guiding clients in such US-based and cross-border transactions as:
- Leveraged acquisition financings;
- Cash flow and asset-based loans and other secured financings;
- Unsecured credit facilities;
- Unitranche facilities;
- First lien and second lien facilities
- Bridge facilities; and
- Mezzanine facilities.
In addition, Walker counsels clients in workouts and restructurings. He has served clients in a wide range of sectors, including Retail and Consumer, Technology and Manufacturing.

Walker comes to Womble Bond Dickinson from Norton Rose Fulbright’s Dallas office. From 2000-2006, he practiced in Womble Bond Dickinson’s Charlotte office. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University and holds JD and MBA degrees from Duke University.
