Bradley partner and chair of the Policyholder Insurance Coverage team Katherine J. Henry and associate Brendan W. Hogan, who are both based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office, served as co-editors and authors of the report.The report was also authored by Bradley partner Dylan C. Black and associate Emily M. Ruzic, who work in the firm’s Birmingham office;A. Kate Margolis, counsel in the firm’s Jackson, Miss., office; and G. Benjamin Milam, an associate in the firm’s Charlotte, N.C., office.
