Experienced high tech intellectual property attorney Mike Tobin has joined Womble Carlyle’s Charlotte office.

Tobin regularly represents tech industry clients in software licensing, IT agreements (SaaS & implementation agreements), domain name disputes, intellectual property infringement claims and IP transactions. His transactional experience includes counseling clients in acquiring and implementing nuclear power plant digital control systems, multi-facility electronic health records (EHR) software systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

In addition to his experience as an IP attorney, Tobin spent seven years as an officer in the U.S. Navy.
