In leading the I&D strategy for DHG, Kevin will be supporting DHG's approach to authenticity in the workplace, helping DHG foster a culture where inclusion and diversity are not only valued but celebrated. Additionally, he will develop and implement strategies to attract diverse talent to DHG and help drive retention across the firm.

“Kevin is a dynamic collaborator with strong experience driving the advancement of inclusion and diversity in organizations. He will help DHG continue to build an inclusive work environment for all of our people,” said Effin Logue, Chief People Officer.

Kevin will provide leadership to DHG’s ten common interest groups to set best practices and create a community of thought and action. These employee-led groups are inclusive of all employees regardless of background and are a powerful force in DHG’s culture.

Prior to joining DHG, Kevin was Senior Director of Diversity & Inclusion at a leading food service management and support services company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is a veteran who served in the United States Air Force, and he also has a professional background in Human Resources, operations and project management.
