Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Matthew S. DeAntonio, an attorney in the firm’s Charlotte office, has been elevated to partner. Across all the firm’s offices, 13 Bradley attorneys were elevated to partner, and three were elevated to counsel.

Mr. DeAntonio litigates intellectual property and complex business disputes. He represents clients in high-stakes trademark infringement cases, both at the trial court and on appeal. As the leader of the firm’s Franchise and Distribution Practice Group, Mr. DeAntonio represents franchisors in litigation matters such as franchisee terminations and enforcement of post-termination covenants. Mr. DeAntonio also litigates complex business disputes in a variety of commercial settings including corporate governance, business contracts, trade secrets, business divorces, non-competes, and employment.

Mr. DeAntonio earned his J.D. (cum laude) from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his Bachelor of Science (cum laude) from the University of South Carolina.
