Berkadia announced today the sale of College Court, a 118-unit, garden-style multifamily property in Wilson, North Carolina. Managing Director Mark Boyce and Director Blake Coffey of Berkadia’s Charleston office completed the sale on behalf of Bethlehem Woods, LLC. The deal closed on December 17.

College Court sold to a Meridian Americas, LLC. At the time of the sale College Court was 81 percent occupied.

“The vacancy at College Court provides the buyers an excellent opportunity to renovate and reposition this asset to meet the growing demand in this submarket,” said Coffey.

Located at 1101 Corbett Ave North, College Court was built in 1952 and features 118 units on 11.06 acres. The property affords convenient access to Wilson’s local conveniences and minutes fromI-95 and Hwy 264 with access to the burgeoning Raleigh MSA.
