REAP is a nonprofit organization established in 1998 to help advance diversity, equity and inclusion in the commercial real estate industry through education, mentorship and partnerships. Since launching in 1998, REAP has played a role in increasing minorities at leadership levels within commercial real estate by ten percent.

As a partner, Flagship will participate in the ULI/REAP Fall Academy 2020 by hosting a virtual networking event for REAP members and alumni.
