The chief operating officer of ChannelAdvisor Corporation sold more than $158,000 worth of stock on Monday, according to a Form 4 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

On Sept. 28, COO Elizabeth Segovia sold 10,541 shares at $15 a share at a value of $158,115.

Segovia now owns 77,401 shares, valued at roughly $1.16 million as of Monday’s closing share price of $14.99.

Founded in 2001, ChannelAdvisor is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider that helps brands and retailers grow online sales.

ChannelAdvisor (ECOM) shares were last down 19 cents near $14.80 on Tuesday morning.
