Pine Island Country Club in Charlotte, North Carolina, announced the appointment of Paul Notine as General Manager and Chad LeMasters as Executive Chef. Pine Island has been experiencing dynamic growth and now enjoys a full membership of predominantly young professionals and families.

Notine brings significant managerial experience to Pine Island from his employment at a number of fine private golf clubs. He is recognized for his extensive experience in transforming club goals into successful operations, his motivational communication and leadership skills, and team building strengths. Prior to accepting the position, Notine was General Manager at South Carolina’s River Hills Country Club. His impressive resume also includes Assistant General Manager tenures at Old Westbury Golf & Country Club in Old Westbury, New York, and Fairview Country Club in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Executive Chef Chad LeMasters has a wealth of culinary experience as well as management capabilities. He has ordered and managed inventory, been responsible for daily kitchen operations including budgets, menu development, and oversight of line staff, middle managers and stewards. LeMasters most recently was Executive Chef at River Hills Country Club in Clover, South Carolina. He also worked at The Club at Longview in Charlotte as Chef de Cuisine and at Maryland’s Chevy Chase Club as Sous Chef. He graduated from Johnson & Wales University with an A.A.S. degree in Culinary Arts, and he received a B.B.A. in Management degree from Marshall University.
