Good Hemp, Inc., the hemp-infused beverage company, said its chief financial officer Jose Rodriguez resigned from his post on Tuesday, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.

Rodriguez held the position of CFO at Good Hemp since Nov. 2019. His resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the company, according to the 8-K filing.

The board of directors of the company appointed Emma Setzer to serve as CFO. Setzer is an accounting and management professional with over 25 years of financial administration experience, the filing notes.

Setzer previously served as the CFO at Spire Sports + Entertainment (“SS+E”) and has worked in the motorsports industry since 2003.

Good Hemp has not entered into an employment agreement with Setzer.

Good Hemp, formerly known as Lone Star Gold Inc., markets hemp-based beverages and wellness products. The North Carolina-based company manufactures its products across the U.S. with locally sourced hemp.

Good Hemp’s (GHMP) stock was trading up 2 cents at $1.10 on Friday.
