Curtiss-Wright Corporation, a manufacturer and service provider across the industrial, commercial, defense, and energy markets, announced on Wednesday a quarterly cash dividend of 17 cents per share.

The dividend, unchanged from the previous quarter, is payable Oct. 15 to stockholders of record as of Oct.1.

In August, the company reported second-quarter adjusted earnings per share and net sales that topped expectations.

Shares of Curtiss-Wright Corporation (CW) were last trading up 1.8 percent, or $1.70, near $95.17.
