Join us for a Red Cross auction and fundraiser
During the pandemic, life's emergencies don't stop — and neither does the work of the American Red Cross. As evidenced most recently demonstrated by the ongoing Red Cross response to Hurricane Isaias. The Virtual Ball will allow the community to “gather” to celebrate and provide support to ensure Red Cross can meet emergency needs in eastern North Carolina communities.
The 29th Annual Red Cross Virtual Ball will take place online on Thursday, August 13th from 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. Community members may join the event at NO COST, and we are encouraging the public to support our mission by bidding on auction items.
We will raise funds to be used locally by Red Cross to alleviate human suffering by helping people affected by disasters, supporting military families, delivering life-saving blood, and teaching critical lifesaving skills. Join us in this unique Virtual Ball experience as our work is only possible because of the generosity of our volunteers and donors.
Register at event.gives/redcrossball to participate. Exciting auction packages will GO LIVE for bidding on Sunday, August 9th at 7 p.m., and bidding will continue until the end of the virtual event on August 13th.
The Red Cross would like to thank its generous event sponsors who are continuing to support our lifesaving mission during the pandemic: Lenovo, Capital Investment Companies, RTI International, MetLife, Biologics by McKesson, Deloitte, Duke Energy, Linda Craft and Team Realtors, Fairway Mortgage Group/Martin Mortgage Group, McLane, Nationwide, PNC, RBC, Suntrust Now Truist, TowneBank Mortgage, Tryon Title, Vaco Raleigh, Wyrick Robbins, Capital Broadcasting Company/WRAL, Duke Health, Trademark Residential, Properties, Wells Global, Durham Coca Cola Bottling, and 919 Magazine.
