Premier Sotheby’s International Realty Appoints John Gleeson as SVP of Development Services

Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the appointment of John Gleeson to the role of senior vice president of development services. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing sales, marketing and strategic planning for the brokerage’s portfolio of developments in Florida and North Carolina.

An accomplished real estate development professional, John brings a wealth of financial acumen, industry experience and executive leadership to his new role. He previously served as vice president of London Bay Homes, where he oversaw the Sarasota region acquisitions, and special projects.

His extensive background also includes nearly two decades as a Bonita Bay Group executive. Serving as regional vice president, he was at the forefront of strategy, planning, permitting, construction, sales, marketing and operating activities for eight master-planned communities in Southwest Florida. Among his notable projects are: The Brooks, which became Southwest Florida's top selling community and 14th best seller in the nation; ULI Award of Excellence winner Bonita Bay; and Mediterra, Naples' premier ultra-luxury master planned community.
