Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of 511 Queens, a 64-unit apartment community located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Jordan McCarley, Marc Robinson and Brooks Colquitt of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Faison, in the transaction. Sherman Residential acquired the property.

“511 Queens is certainly well positioned to grow with the Charlotte market,” said Kris Fetter, President and CEO of Faison. “We would like to thank Sherman Residential for working with us over the last few months managing the transaction through the COVID-19 pandemic. We wish them continued success in elevating the property to the highest standard.”

Located in Myers Park, nestled between Uptown and South Park, 511 Queens is moments from the city’s largest hospitals of Novant and Atrium. Propelled by luxurious best-in-class features and a distinguished presence along Queens Road, 511 Queens arrived to the market nearing stabilization after a rapid lease-up with strong in-place rents.
