50,000 square foot lease executed

JLL is pleased to announce that the first tenant has signed a lease for 50,000 square feet of office space at The Parkline, located at 1830 Fordham Boulevard in Chapel Hill. The company will occupy most of the first floor and plans to move into the building in late 2020.

The Parkline, known for its striking rhomboid shape, is strategically positioned between Chapel Hill and Durham along US Highways 15/501. The building brings notable history and unique architecture to the workplace via open-air patios, outdoor seating, powered workspaces and ample parking. Renovations include a best in class fitness facility with a fully equipped locker room and showers, newly expanded and fully renovated lobby with communal meeting spaces and extensive outdoor landscaping.
