Cushman & Wakefield has arranged two industrial leases at 5130 Hovis Road in Charlotte, North Carolina, for a total of 90,180 square feet.Matt Treble, Eric Ridlehoover and Patrick McGrath of Cushman & Wakefield oversee leasing at the property on behalf of owner Dogwood Industrial Properties.

Dogwood signed leases with a Fortune 500 company(66,430square feet) and Polygal (23,750squarefeet) to bring the building to 100% occupancy. 5130 Hovis Road sits on approximately seven acres and has a fenced truck court, a 20-foot clear ceiling height, new ESFR sprinklers and existing CSX rail spur with rail doors. The property is two miles from I-85 and less than five miles from I-77.

Treble and Andrew DeLamielleure of Cushman & Wakefield assisted Dogwood Industrial Properties with theacquisition of the building in November 2019, which was 34% leased at the time.
