Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Castalia at Meadowmont, a 47,970-square-foot office building located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. David Finger and Sara Owen of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Castalia Group, LLC, in the transaction. GEM Land Company acquired the property.

Castalia features distinctive architecture with a brick and glass exterior and exceptional finishes in the lobby, common areas and tenant premises with Class A quality not found in many other suburban office buildings. It is prominently positioned at the top of a knoll overlooking North Carolina Highway 54, benefiting from exceptional visibility and a variety of walkable amenities including over 200,000 square feet of retail businesses and walking trails.

Located at 301 West Barbee Chapel Road, Castalia at Meadowmont was built in 2009 and sits within Meadowmont’s prestigious master-planned, mixed-use development and is primarily occupied by investment services and wealth management advisory services. The three-story property includes premium office space on the first two floors and luxury residential condominiums on the third floor that remained under their current ownerships.
