Surrey Bancorp announced on Friday that it has issued special and regular cash dividends to its stockholders.

The company’s regular cash dividend is 10 cents per share while the special cash dividend is 12 cents per share. Both dividends will be payable on Jan. 9.

Surrey Bancorp last declared a dividend of 10 cents per share in August.

The dividends were a result of the company’s current operating status, its strong financial condition and a commitment to delivering shareholder value, said CEO Ted Ashby.

Surrey Bancorp is a bank holding company engaged in the sale of insurance.
