A large cluster of research institutions and universities, museums and outdoor spots attract many to Raleigh, the capital of North Carolina. A part of the Research Triangle Park, along with Chapel Hill and Durham, high-tech, media and financial service industries continue to grow in the city.

But Raleigh residents are seeing higher rents in certain neighborhoods. Some have gone up nearly 14 percent. Here are the five where rent is increasing the most.
