CommScope Holding Company, Inc. reported adjusted third quarter earnings of $126.9 million, or 55 cents per share, beating estimates, the company said in a statement Thursday.
Analysts had expected CommScope to report adjusted net income of $102.9 million and 44 cents per share, according to Bloomberg data.
Third quarter net sales were $2.38 billion, representing a 106.9 percent increase from the same quarter last year.
“We are pleased to deliver third quarter adjusted EBITDA at the high end, and adjusted earnings per share above the high end, of our guidance,” said CommScope Chief Executive Officer Eddie Edwards.
The company’s fourth quarter outlook included adjusted earnings per share of 27 to 37 cents and revenue of $2.2 billion to $2.4 billion.
CommScope, and recently acquired ARRIS and Ruckus Networks, is a wired and wireless communications firm based in Hickory.
Shares of CommScope were trading at $14.46 on Thursday, up $2.71.
