The senior vice president and chief accounting officer of Lowe’s Companies Inc., Matthew Hollifield, is retiring, the company announced in a filing Thursday.

He will remain with the company until Dec. 13, and will then provide consulting services to Lowe’s until February 2020. Lowe’s did not name his replacement in the announcement.

Hollifield, who joined Lowe’s in 2002, has been senior vice president and chief accounting officer since 2005. Lowe’s said Hollifield’s decision to retire does not have to do with any disagreement with the company.

Lowe’s stock was trading at $112.05 Friday, up $1.18 per share.
