CommScope filed a lawsuit against Rosenberger, a radio frequency technology company, to protect trade secrets, the company said in a press release.

“CommScope has taken this action to protect the company’s significant investments in developing innovative products that provide superior value to our network infrastructure customers,” said Farid Firouzbakht, senior vice president of RF Products for CommScope.

Headquartered in Hickory, CommScope is a multinational network infrastructure provider operating over 20,000 employees worldwide, with customers in over 130 countries.

CommScope Holding Company Inc. was traded at $11.22 on Monday, up 1 cent.
