cbdMD, Inc., the first CBD company to sponsor an American professional sports league, announced on Friday it has entered a partnership with a Save Mart location in Modesto, California.

Save Mart operates 207 traditional and price impact stores under the names of Save Mart, Lucky, Lucky California, FoodMaxx, S-Mart Foods and Maxx Value Foods.

The location in Modesto will be the first Save Mart store to provide CBD offerings for sale.

cbdMD shares are trading at $3.45 per share on Friday, up 32 cents.
