Horizon, a laboratory information management system company, has moved to a facility in Raleigh’s Research Triangle Park area, the company announced Thursday.

The new office space will give the company easy access to its client base because of its proximity to Raleigh-Durham International Airport, the company said in a press release. Horizon said the office space has high-tech capabilities and an executive training room that can accommodate up to 100 people.

Horizon has grown because it has introduced technical innovations focused on the user, Eric Dingfelder, president of the company, said in the statement.

“We’ve been adding new workforce in support of that growth, and will continue to do so,” Dingfelder said.

Vice President of Business Development Chris Couch said this new office space will allow Horizon’s development team to continue engaging with users, following “tremendous growth.”

The company’s previous office location was at 900 Ridgefield Dr., Raleigh, N.C.
