Qorvo Completes $350M Senior Notes Offering

Qorvo, Inc., a provider of radio frequency solutions, completed an offering of $350 million of its senior notes maturing in 2029 on Monday, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing released Tuesday.

The notes will pay interest semi-annually at a rate of 4.375% and will mature on Oct. 15, 2029 unless redeemed earlier. The notes are senior unsecured obligations of Qorvo, Inc. and are initially guaranteed.

As stated when the company first announced the proposed offering and again in the filing Tuesday, Qorvo, Inc. will use the net proceeds of the offering for “general corporate purposes”.

The offering of $350 million notes was completed after being raised from the original amount of $300 million, which was announced with pricing information on Sept. 27.

Qorvo, Inc. is a semiconductor company that provides radio frequency solutions, headquartered in Greensboro. Its shares were trading at $73.20 Tuesday, down 94 cents.
