NN Inc. announced an increase in salary for interim president and CEO Warren Veltman on Tuesday.
The former executive vice president of the company’s Mobile Solutions group will now receive an annual base salary of $600,000. He will also have a bonus opportunity of 90 percent of his base salary and 28,130 shares of restricted common stock, according to the Form 8-K filing.
Veltman was named interim CEO on Sept. 16, after former CEO Richard Holder stepped down.
NN Inc. is a global industrial manufacturer of high-precision metal and plastic components and assemblies headquartered in Charlotte.
Shares of NN Inc. were trading at $7.18 on Friday, up eight cents.
