The vice president of Curtiss-Wright Corp., Paul Ferdenzi, has sold $251,298 worth of the company’s stock.
Ferdenzi sold the 1,935 shares at a price of $129.87 according to a Form 4 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Ferdenzi, who has been with Curtiss-Wright in various roles since 1999, now directly owns 22,004 shares in the company.
Curtiss-Wright is an engineering company with approximately $2.5 billion in annual sales and 9,000 employees worldwide. Shares were trading at $128.76 Tuesday afternoon, down 17 cents.
