Construction begins for first commercial building at Raleigh Crossing; 19-story “301 Hillsborough Street” to feature 292,500 square feet of office and retail space as The Fallon Company expands footprint in Raleigh market

WHAT: Groundbreaking ceremony commemorating the start of construction of Raleigh Crossing, a multi-phased, mixed-use development featuring 280,000 square feet of trophy office, 18,000 square feet of retail, a 165-room hotel, and a 135-unit apartment community. State and city government officials will join The Fallon Company and leadership to commence phase one of the project, a 19-story, 292,500 square foot commercial tower, at 301 Hillsborough Street, which will house the corporate headquarters of Pendo, creator of the leading product cloud for digital products and data-driven product teams. This project will represent more than $230 million of capital investment into the city of Raleigh.
