Cranky Yankee Properties sold the 10,000 square foot industrial property to an undisclosed user on August 1, 2019 for $540,000. This sale marks the second successful transaction in the Brookshire Road Development, the first building leased to Concrete Connection and Palmetto Rebar in 2018. Cranky Yankee Properties is currently marketing their final vacancy of another 10,000 square foot standalone industrial building.
