Liberty Property Trust has completed five agreements, leasing a total of 256,783 square feet of industrial space, in the Piedmont Triad.

“We continue to reap the benefits of long-term customer relationships in the Carolinas,” said Bryan Blythe, vice president and market leader for Liberty. “Liberty is at more than 95-percent occupancy in the Triad and we anticipate active leasing activity will continue given the quality and location of our buildings, primarily in the airport submarket.”

Three leases were renewals and two were new. Some of the leases included:

• Cable Assembly renewed 62,200 square feet on a long-term lease at 6532 Judge Adams Road in Whitsett. The company has been a tenant for more than a decade.
• Inmark, LLC signed a long-term renewal at 4183 Eagle Drive in High Point. The agreement is for 29,578 square feet of space. Mitchell Lipton of Mohr Partners represented the tenant.
• Schiller leased 6,005 square feet of space at 4500 Green Point Drive in Greensboro and will move into the location in July. Ryan Conboy and Raffi Simel of Triad Commercial Properties represented Liberty Property Trust.

Earlier in the year, the company leased two other spaces – one at Eagle Hill Business Park and another at Lowell’s Run Business Park – totaling 159,000 square feet.

Blythe represented Liberty in all transactions except as noted.
