Two Established Tenants Recommit to Liberty Locations

Liberty Property Trust has renewed two leases and expanded one in the Raleigh-Durham market as occupancy remains high.

At Bedford Place in Imperial Center, a long-term tenant, American Furniture Rentals, Inc., renewed its lease of 40,125 square feet at 4226 Surles Court. Rob Steinhart of Colliers International represented the tenant.

At Keystone Park, another long-term tenant has renewed and expanded its lease at 324 Park Knoll Drive, doubling its space from 24,000 to 48,000 square feet. The expansion space will be available for move-in late this summer.

“We continue to be pleased with robust activity in Durham and appreciate the renewals of two well- established tenants,” said Bryan Blythe, Vice President of Leasing and Development at Liberty.

Blythe represented the landlord in both transactions.
