Whitwood has joined the Commercial Property Services team as Senior Portfolio Manager in their Charleston, South Carolina office.Ms. Whitwood has more than 12 years’ experience working in the commercial and residential real estate and property management fields and will be handling a mixed-portfolio of office, retail and industrial property types.

Prior to joining Thalhimer, Ms. Whitwood supervised the ground-up construction and management of a 480-bed student housing community and managed residential real estate portfolios in three different states. She began her real estate management career with Lincoln Harris in Charlotte, NC, managing large commercial office/retail spaces for major financial and appliance industry clients.Ms. Whitwood is a graduate of Winthrop University.
