Buyer to Renovate Apartment Interiors

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $14.95 million sale of The Chimneys of Greenville, a 168-unit apartment community located in Taylors, South Carolina. Jordan McCarley, Tai Cohen and Watson Bryant of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Highgate Capital Group, in the transaction. Cohen Investment Group acquired the property.
