AvidXchange, a fintech software provider, expanded its executive team by naming four new executives.

The new appoinments include two chief officers — Angelic Gibson as chief information officer and Don Finucane as chief product officer — and two new senior executive members: Mike Travis has become senior vice president of sales and Jessica Antle signed on as senior director of marketing communications.

The fintech software company said these new additions are part of an ongoing expansion at the AvidXchange headquarters in Charlotte.

AvidXchange is focused on providing accounts payable and payment automation solutions for midsize companies.

The new leaders will work together to continue advancing the company’s focus.

AvidXchange serves over 5,500 clients throughout North America and is a leading provider for automating invoice and payment processes through many industries including real estate, financial services, construction, health and human resources and hospitality.

The fintech company has been recognized as the top software company in North Carolina by the North Carolina Technology Association, one of the 50 fastest-growing private companies in the Charlotte area for six consecutive years. It was also among Deloitte’s Fast 500 this past year and was recently named the top 100 technology companies in North America by Red Herring.

Lastly, AvidXchange has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Charlotte for eight consecutive years.
