Qorvo VP Steven Creviston Sells $390,000 in Company Stock

The vice president of Greensboro-based mobile products company Qorvo, Inc. sold $390,000 in company stock last week.

Steven Creviston sold 6,000 shares at a price of $65, according to a Form 4 filed on Jan. 25.

Creviston, who also serves as the company’s president of mobile products, now directly owns 61,006 shares with a total value of nearly $4 million.

Creviston has over 30 years in experience at technology companies. He was employed by Teledyne Electronic Technologies from 1987 to 1994. He served as corporate vice president of RF Micro Devices’ Cellular Products Group from 2002 to 2014. RF Micro Devices completed its merger with TriQuint Semiconductor to form Qorvo in 2015.

In October, Qorvo reported second quarter earnings up 8 percent as well as higher earnings per share in year-over-year comparisons. It will hold the next quarterly conference call on Feb. 7.

Qorvo shares closed at $65.76 on Friday, up nearly 4 percent from Thursday’s close.
