The Lutgert Companies announced today that it is entering the Charlotte, North Carolina market. Headquartered in Naples, Florida, the developer has recently purchased an assemblage of 14 townhomes on Cherokee Road in the exclusive Eastover neighborhood, and will develop 38 luxury condominium homes under the current zoning laws.
The land purchase was brokered by Rob Pressley of Coldwell Banker Commercial MECA. Charlotte-based NarmourWright Architecture is designing the new building; local civil engineers LandDesign will provide design and planning services.
The Lutgert Companies is also the developer of Linville Ridge, a luxury 1,800-acre golf course community in Linville, N.C. Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, a division of The Lutgert Companies, will represent the developer on the sale of the 38 luxury residences in Eastover. The project will be released later this year.
