HFF announces the $19.55 million sale of the Vallen Distribution Headquarters, a two-building, 125,213-square-foot, Class A warehouse and office headquarters campus in the Charlotte-area community of Belmont, North Carolina.

The HFF team represented the seller, GCP.

The property comprises an 83,213-square-foot distribution facility along with an adjacent 42,000-square-foot, two-story office building occupied by Vallen Distribution Inc., a top business-to-business distributor of electrical, industrial and safety products and related supply chain solutions. The property recently underwent a multi-million-dollar renovation that included an advanced conveyor system installed in the warehouse and upgrades to the lobby, conference rooms, executive suites and numerous amenities in the office building. Located at 2100 The Oaks Parkway, Vallen Distribution Headquarters is located within the Oaks Commerce Center and directly off Interstate 85, the industrial backbone of the Southeast. The facility is proximate to Interstate 77 and Interstate 485, connecting Vallen to every corner of the Charlotte market.
