Lease Renewal

Novant Health Farrington Family Medicine renewed its lease for 5,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Alexander Pointe located at 860 Jake Alexander Boulevard West in Salisbury, NC. Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The family health services provider is joined in the shopping center by: Harris Teeter, Jersey Mikes, Great Clips, Wells Fargo, Goodwill and Nails #1.
