Grandbridge Arranges $29.45 Million Atlanta Office Property Refinance

Grandbridge Real Estate Capital recently closed a $29,450,000 first mortgage loan secured by 900 Ashwood Parkway, a 205,271 square foot, Class A office building located in the Central Perimeter submarket of Atlanta, Ga.

The property offers its tenants a full set of amenities, walkability to shopping and dining, and excellent interstate highway access.

The transaction, originated by Grandbridge's Miami‐based Senior Vice President Alex Haw, was funded through BB&T Real Estate Funding (BBTREF), Grandbridge’s proprietary lending platform.

“Given the quality of the real estate and sponsorship, Grandbridge was able to use its own balance sheet to provide competitive terms and pricing for this repeat institutional client,” said Haw.
