Liberty Property Trust Brings Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery Corp. To Eagle Hill Business Park in High Point

Six leases totaling 148,555 square feet signed in the region A major new lease in High Point and five more new leases and renewals in Greensboro are contributing to a busy fourth quarter for Liberty Property Trust in the Triad.

Metropolitan Warehouse and Delivery Corp. signed a long-term agreement for a 104,000 square foot building at 4193 Eagle Hill Drive in High Point. The tenant will move into the space in the first quarter.

The rear loading building offers 28-foot clear height, ample parking and easy access to I-40 and Hwy 68. Liberty developed and owns all four buildings in Eagle Hill Business Park, which offers more than 445,000 square feet of space.

Rich Mossman and Dodson Schenck of CBRE represented Liberty. Murray Skeen of Murray Skeen Properties represented the tenant.

Activity in Green Point Business Park

Three new leases and two renewals totaling 44,555 square feet of space were all recently finalized at Green Point Business Park in Greensboro.

Liberty developed and owns four buildings in the fully leased park, which offers more than 320,000 square feet of space and also provides excellent access to the I-40 and Highway 68 interchange.

New Leases

Arjo Inc. signed a lease for 12,718 square feet of space at 4500 Green Point Dr. and will move into the space in December. Zach Kennedy and Thomas Kenna of Colliers represented the tenant.

In the same building, Davinci Aerospace, LLC signed a lease for 6,840 square feet of space and is occupying the space. The company is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business supporting the defense aviation industry.

At 4501 Green Point Drive, Fourth Zodiac signed a new lease and moved into a 7,540 square foot space.

Ryan Conboy and Raffi Simel with Triad Commercial Properties represented Liberty in all three transactions.

Renewals

At 4500 Green Point Drive, LabelPack Automation has renewed its lease for 5,600 square feet of space in the same building. Another tenant in the building renewed its lease of 11,857 square feet of space.

Bryan Blythe, vice president of leasing and development for Liberty, represented the landlord in both transactions.
