Cushman & Wakefield Bolsters Charlotte Valuation & Advisory Team with Addition of Four Veteran CRE Executives

Decker Dickson, Bill Hicks, Ben Riddle and Jim Lynch Join Charlotte V&A Practice

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm has significantly bolstered its Charlotte Valuation & Advisory (V&A) practice with the addition of Senior Director Decker Dickson and Directors Bill Hicks, Ben Riddle and Jim Lynch, MAI.

Decker Dickson has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, and he is licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. Dickson’s primary market coverage includes Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina, and he currently serves as the head of the South Carolina market. His primary specialties include SBA appraisals and all commercial property types, including multifamily, mobile home parks, office, retail, industrial and commercial land. He joins Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE.

Bill Hicks brings more than two decades of appraisal experience to Cushman & Wakefield, with a background in V&A for retail, office, medical, vacant land, mobile home parks and industrial properties. He is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina and joins Cushman & Wakefield from Fred H. Beck & Associates.

Benjamin Riddle has more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, including appraisals for all types of commercial property including multifamily, office, retail, industrial and commercial land, as well as residential subdivisions. He is licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia and joins Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE.

James “Jim” Lynch, MAI, has 15 years of V&A experience with property types including multifamily, industrial, single- and multi-tenant retail, office, medical office, hospitality, marinas, automobile dealerships, skilled nursing/assisted living, mixed-use, subdivisions and land. Additionally, he is qualified as an expert witness in real property valuation before the North Carolina Real Estate Tax Commission. Lynch is licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia and joins Cushman & Wakefield from BBG Inc.
