Logan Homes of Wilmington, NC announced the promotion of Julie Andrews as Marketing Manager of all divisions of Logan Homes.

Andrews joined the company in 2015 as its Marketing Coordinator. Prior to her position at Logan Homes, Julie worked at Brunswick Forest, serving as the community’s Broker Relations Specialist, responsible for marketing the community to real estate agents, both regionally and locally.

Andrews is also involved in the Wilmington region business community and has served as Secretary on the Cape Fear CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Board since 2015 and has been elected as President Elect for 2019. She is also serving as Marketing Co-Chair of the inaugural Cape Fear CREW Awards of Excellence to be held on February 28^th, 2019. Cape Fear CREW is the leading organization for women in commercial real estate in the Cape Fear region and is a chapter of CREW Network, with more than 11,000 members worldwide.

Andrews graduated with honors in 2013 from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) with a B.A. in Communication Studies. Andrews currently serves as President of the Communication Studies Alumni Committee on the UNCW Alumni Board. She is also a member on the Cape Fear Alumni Steering Committee, working to create a broad base of engaged alumni at UNCW.
