Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following three lease transactions totaling 5,280 square feet of new and renewed retail space in North and South Carolina.

Lease Transactions

Southpark Capital leased 2,700 square feet of office space in Carnegie Point located at 6101 Carnegie Boulevard in Charlotte. Charles Neil represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Nifty Thrifty leased 1,380 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Hope Mills Bi-Lo Shopping Center located at 3333 North Main Street in Hope Mills, NC. Diana Teitsma represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The high-end consignment store has joined other tenants in the Surge Trampoline-anchored shopping center, including: Members Credit Union, Allstate and the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Lease Renewal

Airtrack Devices renewed its lease for 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Wendover Village located at 114215 West Wendover Avenue in Greensboro, NC. Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the shopping center include: Moe’s Southwest Grill, Cricket Wireless, Petco, Bed Bath & Beyond, Five Below and Liberty Tax.
