Sprayology is voluntarily recalling all of its aqueous-based homeopathic product line for human use that were manufactured by Asheville, North Carolina-based King Bio Inc.

Contract manufacturer King Bio’s products have been recalled due to possible microbial contamination, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Using drug products with microbial contamination could result in life infections that could be life-threatening to some. The products recalled include the company’s Brain Power Focus, SleepEase Sleep Aid, Acne Tonic Acne among other products.

Sprayology has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall. The products were used for symptom relief, and each recalled was an individual 1.38 oz oral spray in a white bottle manufactured at the King Bio in Asheville.

The company is notifying its consumers and retailers by letter and will return and replace the recalled products.

King Bio started in 1989 with only three employees. It has grown to around 100 employees in two West Asheville buildings totaling 180,000 square feet on a campus of 25 acres.
