Market Continues to Thrive in Second Half of Year

Liberty Property Trust signed four lease renewals in Durham and Morrisville, as the market shows no sign of slowing.
“Industrial leasing activity continues to be strong in the greater Raleigh-Durham area, and we are excited to extend our relationship with several existing customers that value the quality and location of the buildings in our portfolio,” said Bryan Blythe, vice president of leasing and development at Liberty.
Four renewals totaling 215,898 square feet include:
- Champagne Logistics renewed their lease of 104,000 square feet at 323 Park Knoll Drive at Keystone Park in Morrisville.
- Get Spiffy, Inc renewed 8,080 square feet at 1000 Parliament Court at Regent Place/Imperial Center in Durham. Ryan Toland of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
- At Edinburgh Court/Imperial Center in Durham, a tenant renewed a 60,000 square foot lease at 4234 Surles Court
- At Bedford Place/Imperial Center in Durham, a tenant renewed a 43,818 square foot lease at 4226 Surles Court.
Blythe represented Liberty in each of the agreements.
