Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following four lease transactions totaling 11,857 square feet of new and renewed retail space in North and South Carolina. 

Lease Transaction

Growing Smiles leased 2,457 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Renaissance Square located at 11124 Renaissance Square in Davidson, NC. Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The pediatric dental and orthodontic practice joins other tenants in the shopping center, including: Harris Teeter, Subway, Supercuts, Snap Fitness, Edward Jones and Mad Vapes.

The Joint chiropractic leased the last remaining vacancy of 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed North Hampton Market located at 6019 Wade Hampton Boulevard in Taylors, SC. Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the Target-anchored property include: Hobby Lobby, Mattress Firm, Panera Bread, One Main Financial and Kay Jewelers. With this lease, the property is now completely occupied.

Lease Renewal

Advance Auto renewed its lease for 6,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Kmart Plaza located at 1220 Russ Avenue in Waynesville, NC. Diana Teitsma represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the shopping center include: Kmart, Hibbett Sports, Big Lots, Little Caesar’s, Blimpie and Talk More Wireless.

Sprint renewed its lease for 2,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Wendover Village Shopping Center located at 4203 West Wendover Avenue in Grreensboro, NC. Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Wendover Village include: GameStop, Cold Stone Creamery, Panera Bread, Five Below, T.J. Maxx, Bed Bath & Beyond, Golf Galaxy and Petco.
