Brittany Teague
Commercial real estate attorney Brittany Teague has joined Womble Bond Dickinson’s Winston-Salem office.
Teague guides clients through acquiring, disposing of, and financing a range of commercial properties, including hotels, apartment complexes, major retailers, medical practices, and manufacturing facilities. She also represents clients in commercial lease negotiations and various other commercial and corporate contracts.
Teague is active in a number of professional organizations, including Piedmont Triad Commercial Real Estate Women (PT-CREW), the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate, and Trust Section, and the North Carolina Bar Association’s Real Property Section. A graduate of the University of North Carolina and Elon University School of Law, she previously practiced at Tuggle Duggins PA in Greensboro, N.C.
